Modern Buyer Notes
This villa would appeal to a modern buyer because it feels more practical and comfortable. The bathroom is not near the kitchen, and the household does not rely on slavery. Instead, the residents do their own chores or can pay Shampoo to help with work. The villa also has many bedrooms, so guests can stay overnight.
